Tom Wentz is President of Corporate Performance Systems, Inc. located in Westerville, Ohio. He is a 1965 graduate of The Ohio State University with a BSIE and MBA and worked for The Trane Company for 17 years in corporate marketing and sales management positions.
 
Tom is an active performance consultant specializing in the processes of leadership and organizational change and has helped transform countless businesses over the past 16 years.
